1. Processing Time:
• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Options and Costs:
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days 
• Shipping costs calculated at checkout. 
• Express Shipping cost may vary

3. Shipping Areas:
• We currently ship within India

4. Tracking:
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via sms with a tracking number to monitor your package.

5. Delays:
• While we aim to deliver your items on time, unforeseen delays may occur due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues. Please reach out if your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility:
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. 

2. Non-Returnable Items:
• Final sale or clearance items.

3. How to Initiate a Return:
• Contact us at support@leonadesigns.in with your order number and reason for the return.
• Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for shipping the item back.

4. Return Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• For defective or incorrect items, please provide photos and videos on our customer support number and we’ll arrange a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Exchanges:
• If you’d like a different item kindly contact our customer support number and we will help you with the same. 

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
• If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
